Expert testimony.

The role of recorded evidence in civil and criminal proceedings continues to grow.  When video, audio, or image evidence is crucial to a case, the outcome often pivots on the testimony of an expert witness.  An expert is only as effective as their ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to a jury.  An expert who possesses technical skills, but has limited experience in court, may have difficulty conveying important information to a jury, or may struggle during cross-examination.  A witness with experience in court, but minimal technical knowledge, is equally problematic.

When you retain Principle Forensics, you get the best of both worlds: our Chief Forensic Analyst, Nick Barreiro, is a court-certified expert who has tremendous technical knowledge and training, but also extensive experience on the witness stand. Mr. Barreiro has testified hundreds of times in criminal cases, civil litigation, and arbitrations.

“Your expert testimony in this matter made all the difference - it was thoughtful, cogent, and clear despite the technical nature of the issue. Thank you for working with us and being so flexible and responsive throughout this case.”
